So I took a nap earlier and I guess my foot was asleep . Unaware, I stood up and I heard a loud ass crack ! Apparently I stepped my brothers' toy and it caused my ankle to crack . It was the loudest thing I've ever heard . It hurts really bad when I put pressure on it . I think I made twisted it ? Who knows? Did I mention that my talus (the ankle bone) is swollen too ?
